Return and refund frequently asked questions
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Due to the fact that we provide the service of oversea product purchasing, all items are purchased explicitly on your behalf. Therefore, other than defective brand new items, we will not accept returns. Please place your order carefully.
Q: What can I do when I receive a wrong/defective item?
A: Under the conditions stated below we will allow returns and exchange. We will process under the brand new item exchange policy.
* Damages caused during transport.
* Received items different from the invoice.
*Faulty product or non-man-made damages to the product.
Please contact our customer support representatives for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt.
In order to get the right orders to you quickly, we do not accept partial return of the same order. All items of the same order must be returned and a refund will be issued in the payment method you have used for the returned order.
Q: How many days does it take to receive the refund after the defective items have been returned?
A: After you have sent the return items back to Japan, we will check for the completeness of the order. Once we’ve confirmed that all items are in order we will process the refund. Since, it is an international transaction; it takes longer to process. You should receive your refund within approximately 15 to 30 working days.
